Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data Finlive holds about you. We will complete deletion within 30 days.
How to request data deletion
Send a deletion request by email
Email privacy@finlive.ai with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”. Include the WhatsApp phone number associated with your Finlive account.
Receive a confirmation
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and provide you with a unique deletion confirmation code.
Deletion completed within 30 days
All personal data listed below will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Check deletion status
You can check the status of your deletion request at any time by replying to your confirmation email or contacting us at privacy@finlive.ai with your confirmation code.

Data we hold and what gets deleted
Finlive stores only the minimum data required to operate the service. A deletion request removes all of the following:
WhatsApp Identity
Deleted within 30 days of request- Your WhatsApp phone number
- WhatsApp display name (if shared)
QuickBooks Access Tokens
Deleted immediately upon disconnection or deletion request- OAuth access and refresh tokens
- QuickBooks Company ID (realm ID)
- QuickBooks company name
Query History
Deleted within 30 days of request- Financial questions you sent to Finlive
- Answers returned by Finlive
- Timestamps of queries
Account Information
Deleted within 30 days of request- Subscription plan and billing status
- Trial start and end dates
What is not deleted
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
- Records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or tax obligations (retained only as legally required)
- Data already deleted from our live systems but present in encrypted backup archives — these backups are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle
WhatsApp / Meta platform users
If you connected to Finlive via WhatsApp (Meta platform), your deletion request also covers any data shared through that channel. Meta's own data deletion process is separate — you can manage that from your Facebook Account Settings → Your Facebook Information → Delete Your Account and Information.
