1. Overview

Thank you for choosing Finlive, operated by Elexor Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

This Refund Policy applies to Finlive subscriptions, renewals, beta access, paid plans, add-ons, and any future paid transactions.

Unless required by applicable law, paid Finlive transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Free Trial

Finlive may offer a 10-day free trial during beta or early access.

If no payment is collected during the free trial, no refund applies. If a paid subscription starts after the trial, the refund rules in this Policy will apply to the first paid transaction.

Free trial availability, duration, and included features may change at any time.

3. Subscription & Billing

By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, included features, and subscription terms shown at checkout or communicated during signup.

Subscription fees may cover access to QuickBooks Online connection, WhatsApp finance chat, financial answers, scheduled reports, beta features, or other Finlive functionality.

A refund may be considered if a verified Finlive-side issue prevents access to core paid features and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Refunds may not apply where the issue is caused by third-party outages, unsupported regions, incorrect account setup, inaccurate QuickBooks data, user-side configuration, or third-party platform limitations.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription to prevent future billing.

Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments.

Unless otherwise stated, after cancellation your access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

If you cancel during a free trial, your access may end at the end of the trial or immediately depending on the account setup.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a billing issue, please contact us before raising a chargeback or payment dispute.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, your Finlive access may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.

We may provide transaction records, usage details, account information, and relevant policy details to the payment provider as part of the dispute process.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Approved refunds are typically initiated within 14 business days after approval. The final time for funds to appear may depend on your bank, card provider, payment processor, region, or currency.

Payment processor fees, currency conversion fees, bank charges, or card network charges may not be refundable.
